We have some exciting news to share here at 1831Galion.
Over the last several months, our site has developed and gained both attention and readership. The time has now come to move the operation to a new level.
TotalLocal Media, publisher of 1831Galion as well as 1812Blockhouse in Mansfield and 1808Delaware in Delaware, announced Friday that Crawford County’s only daily updated, online news site will soon be expanding its coverage and offerings.
By July 1, 1831Galion will be covering all local news, including in depth coverage of local government with the City of Galion as well as Crawford County operations as it impacts this area. The site will also be introducing several new features, including a place for local citizens to recommend topics for feature stories.
At the same time, we will continue to shy away from the sensationalist approach offered by some local news sites.
