Amplified Expressions Of Our Journey

On Saturday, September 20, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, the historic Galion Theatre will open its doors for a special community gathering hosted by the Crawford Prevention Coalition. The event, called Amplified Expressions of Our Journey, promises to be a heartfelt evening filled with art, connection, and the shared spirit of resilience.

Art as a Voice of Recovery

The free community showcase will feature powerful works created by local artists, each piece reflecting the personal and collective journeys of Crawford County residents in recovery. Through color, shape, and story, these artists offer a window into the strength it takes to heal, and the courage it takes to share.

More Than an Exhibit

Beyond the art, the evening will bring neighbors together in an atmosphere of support and understanding. Guests will be invited to enjoy light refreshments, meet others touched by the realities of substance use and mental health challenges, and take time to honor the courage of those choosing recovery.

A Community Coming Together

Almost everyone knows someone who has faced struggles with mental health or substance use. This event shines a light on that truth while offering hope for what comes next. It is a reminder that recovery is possible, and that support from family, friends, and community can make the journey brighter.

Why Your Presence Matters

Whether you’ve walked the path of recovery yourself, supported a loved one, or simply want to stand in solidarity with your community, your presence at the Galion Theatre will help uplift the voices of resilience and hope.

On this special night, hearts will be touched, spirits uplifted, and art will speak volumes about the power of healing.
