“Though she be but little, she is fierce!”
This iconic line may describe Shakespeare’s Hermia, but it also fits the cast of The Complete Works of William Shakespeare, Abridged! With just three talented actors, this high-energy production promises a whirlwind of laughs, costume changes, and an unforgettable night of theater.
What to Expect
Written by Adam Long, Daniel Singer, and Jess Winfield, The Complete Works of William Shakespeare, Abridged is a riotous comedy that packs all 37 of Shakespeare’s plays—and a handful of sonnets—into a single 97-minute performance. Featuring slapstick humor, clever improvisation, and even audience participation, the show appeals to die-hard Shakespeare fans and newcomers alike.
This parody, first performed at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, quickly became a global hit. It ran for nine years in London’s West End and has been translated into multiple languages, proving its universal comedic charm.
