Galion High School has announced members of its 2024 Homecoming Court. This year’s court is composed of ten outstanding students who exemplify leadership, school spirit, and dedication to our school community. The announcement comes ahead of the annual Connections/Homecoming celebrations October 10-12.

2024 Homecoming Court:

Quinn Miller, Cameron Eckert, Braxton Prosser, Audrey Glew, Jackson Rinehart, Madelyn Schieber, Nathan McMullen, Jillian Capretta, Maxwell Albert, Carlee Pennington

Each of these students has been selected by their peers for their dedication to academics, extracurricular activities, and contributions to the positive atmosphere at GHS. “We are thrilled to celebrate this year’s Homecoming Court,” said Don Vogt, Galion High School Principal. “These students represent the best of our school, and we look forward to an exciting Homecoming Week filled with school pride and community spirit.”

Homecoming Week Festivities

Homecoming week at Galion High School will take place from October 7 to October 12. In addition to the Homecoming Game, students and staff can look forward to a week filled with activities, including Spirit Week, Thursday night bonfire, Friday night football game against Pleasant and Saturday Homecoming dance. The Homecoming King and Queen will be announced at halftime of the football game. 

Connections Weekend

Galion City Schools welcomes alumni and community members to join the fun at the bonfire and football game. In addition, the annual Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast will be held on Saturday morning at the Galion Intermediate building from 8-10:30 A.M. The weekend will come to a close with the 2024 Hall of Fame Induction Dinner.
