An adventure begins this evening for theatre-goers.

Prepare to be enchanted as Galion City Schools presents their fall play, “Puffs,” brought to you by the talented Galion High School Drama Club. This magical production is set to captivate audiences of all ages with its whimsical story.

A Fresh and Hilarious Take on a Beloved World

Written by Matt Cox, “Puffs” offers a delightful and humorous spin on the well-loved magical universe of J.K. Rowling’s “Harry Potter.” The play invites you to dive into the lives of the “Puffs,” a group of young wizards attending a certain school of magic. While the world was enthralled by the adventures of a famous wizard, “Puffs” unveils the comical and uncharted escapades of these unlikely heroes during their seven eventful years.

Talented Direction and Dedication

Under the skillful direction of Felicity Melendez and Cohen Pierce, “Puffs” is a testament to the hard work and dedication of Galion High School’s Performing Arts Department. Countless hours have been invested in rehearsals and preparations, ensuring an evening of pure entertainment.

Cohen Pierce, a junior at Galion High School and the play’s director, shared his excitement: “We can’t wait for our Puffs to take their place in the spotlight this weekend! Everybody has put in a ton of work and practice, and it has been amazing to see it all come together. We are all thrilled to share our laughter and show Galion what it truly means to be a ‘puff.'”
