A Comprehensive Program for Educators

- Orientation: The boot camp kicks off on June 10 from 1:00 to 3:00 PM, with an orientation session. This introductory meeting sets the stage for the days ahead, providing educators with a brief overview of the program and what they can expect during the week-long event.
- Business Tours: From June 11 to June 13 participants will tour various manufacturing facilities in Crawford County. Each day, they will visit two different businesses, with tours running from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. This part of the program gives educators a behind-the-scenes look at the inner workings of the manufacturing industry and an opportunity to engage with professionals in the field.
- Presentations: The final session takes place on June 25 from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM. During this segment, participants will present what they’ve learned and share insights on how they plan to use this knowledge in their classrooms.

- Graduate Credits: Participants can earn three graduate credits from Ashland University for a fee of $125. This fee is reimbursable upon completion, effectively making the credits free for those who complete the boot camp. - Classroom Materials: Educators will also receive materials that they can use in their classrooms. These resources will help them create projects and units that reflect the real-world experience gained during the boot camp.
