On Friday April 28 the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office and METRICH Enforcement Unit concluded a several month narcotic investigation at 455 S. Union St in Galion.

The Crawford County Special Response Team (SRT) executed the narcotic search warrant. The SRT consists of members of the Sheriff’s Office, Bucyrus Police Department, Crestline Police Department, Galion Police Department, and New Washington Police Department along with Bucyrus and Galion Fire Departments.

The target of the investigation was Jacob Levi Morgan, age 28 and his girlfriend Victoria Loftis, age 26, who both reside at this address and were arrested during the execution of the search warrant. Deputies seized suspected methamphetamines, marijuana, currency and drug paraphernalia.

Jacob and Victoria were both taken to the Crawford County Justice Center. Reports will be forwarded to the Crawford County Prosecutors Office for consideration of charges.

This case is still be investigated by the Detectives from the Sheriff’s Office. Sheriff Kent and Lt.
