In an announcement Monday afternoon on its Facebook Page, the Galion-Crestline Area Chamber of Commerce shared the news that the planning launch of Third Fridays in Galion has been moved back a month.
Instead of starting on May 19, the events will now begin on Friday, June 16 in Uptowne Galion.
While making that announcement, the Chamber shared that there are other local events taking place on the third Friday in May that are worth attending, including:
4:00-6:00 PM – Real Life Naz is hosting an Appreciate event for City of Galion Employees. They are currently accepting donations. Visit www.reallifenaz.com for more details.
6:00-9:00 PM – The Crawford-Marion ADAMH Board and the Crawford County Suicide Prevention Coalition are holding a candlelight remembrance ceremony at the Bucyrus mural/fountain area.
7:30 PM – Galion Community Theatre is having Concerts at The Galion: ACOUSTIC SUPER FRIENDS and recognizing graduating seniors on their neon marquee!
The Chamber is accepting applications for vendors for the four planned Third Fridays in Galion, set for June 16, July 21, August 19, and September 15. You can register online here.
