This was the scene Friday morning as a crew began work to repair the roof of the Municipal Building on Harding Way East.
In addition to this project to rectify an ongoing issue, the HVAC system in the second floor Council Chambers/Courtroom is taking place. Meetings have been held on the first floor during this period.
