Family members and friends gathered immediately after Wednesday evening’s meeting of Galion City Council to watch local history taking place.
Newly elected members of Council who will serve for the next two years were each sworn in by Mayor Tom O’Leary. Those members include:
- At-Large: Kara Ault, Cathy George, Brian Palmer
- First Ward: Ken Bodkins
- Second Ward: Jessica Kemp-Mercurio
- Third Ward: Mike Richart
- Fourth Ward: Brian Palmer
- Council President: Eric Webber
George, Palmer, and Kemp-Mercurio are new members of City Council. The group then posed for the photo below to mark the occasion.
