In addition to books, periodicals, computers, and many other reasons to come into the Galion Public Library, the following activities are being held this month:

Galion Open Doors – Saturday, September 10 – 1 PM to 3 PM –  Galion Public Library is taking part in Galion Open Doors. Join us for library history and snacks!

Anime Club – Tuesday, September 13 – 6 PM to 8 PM – Come prepared to recommend a favorite anime or manga to the group.

Chili Cook-Off – Monday, September 19 – 6 PM – Bring your world-famous, family recipe, or simply delicious chili to our Chili Cook-Off. For more information visit the library or call 419-468-3203. All are welcome to judge chili!

Teen Game Night – Tuesday, September 20 – 6PM to 8 PM – Play one of their games or bring your own to share.

Adult Game Night – Monday, September 26 – 5 PM to 7:30 PM – Join in the fun for a friendly competition of board games, card games, and more!

Book Sale Arrives Next Week

The annual Fall Book Sale is coming next week to the Galion Public Library. Book sales have been a regular feature at the Library for many decades. Many years ago, they were hosted by the League of Women Voters; in recent years, they have been held by the Friends of the Library.
