Girls Volleyball squads from two local schools faced each other in a D-III District semifinals Monday night at Seneca East High School in Attica.

At the end, Galion (22-2) took the win in four sets over Colonel Crawford (19-5).

The first two sets were truly back and forth. The Tigers took the first 25-22 with the Eagles bouncing back 25-17 in the second. The third set was a close battle, 28-26.

The final set saw the Tigers move ahead aggresively, winning 25-14.

The 22-2 Tigers, ranked #17 in Ohio, take on Huron, ranked #2, at 6 PM Wednesday in the same location.
